Rilger Hoverboard Track OOB and Sublevel Exploration
These OOB glitches require the game speed set to Fast and while you don't have to have invincibility cheat on, you will die a lot more often from the burn surfaces (at least until you learn where to avoid landing.)
There are two great spots for jumping out of bounds in the Containment Center where the ameoboids are initially penned up. After destroying the ameoboids and extermibots, you'll use the posts to jump to "burn spots". This uses the glitch that sends Ratchet jumping higher off surfaces when he's caught in hanging mode.

Here's another way out of bounds from the RYNO dealer's section (provided you didn't blow up all the crates.)
